Iam Dr. P.N.Vasudevan, a freelance HR consultant based in Mumbai.

I conduct personalty development programme for fresh professionals who are excited to develop a successful career. I call this programme as ENHANCING PERSOSONAL EFFECTIVENESS. The same can be customized, if required for college students. The programme module is given below:



Enhancing personal effectiveness

Every one is endowed with talents, but often these talents do not get full expression and remain dormant like seeds under the soil sprouting and growing very slowly. Individual’s slow growth is due to lack of goal clarity, low self-esteem, low energy level, fear of failure, low achievement motivation, procrastination, lack of self-confidence and negative attitude. These undesirable forces in an individual may be traced back to the early childhood experiences. These experiences, happy as well as unhappy, are stored in the sub-conscious mind, which in turn influence and shape his personality as he grows.

Accomplishing success and happiness calls for an honest introspection. This honest introspection helps us develop self-awareness--an awareness of our own strengths and weaknesses, understand that we are responsible for our own success and failure and accept that we are the creators and destroyers of our life. Then we will not indulge ourselves in defense mechanism and will slowly learn from our mistakes and take full control of our life.

The objective of the programme is to help participants make progress in their journey towards self awareness, self discovery, self development and self mastery.
