I spoke to my consultant strictly and told him that somehow you are not doing proper followup tats why you are not getting it.
Now he has promised me to give in July month. If again he is missed-out I will follow the procedures suggested by you all.

If you are registered under employer e sewa and have your login/password, down load pf slips for 2011-12. This should solve your problem and you need not bother to go for all old slips. Pf dept. Has up dated their accounts up to 31-3-2012 and have up loaded the pf slips in pdf format for the periods 2010-11 and 2011-12.
