I am creating an internship program in the retail sector for students graduating from college with a Masters or Bachelors degree. I would like to know what are the legal considerations for creating this program.
-How should the interns be paid?
- Should they be under the company payroll?
- What type of leave policy should be there for interns?
- Are there some guidelines that I should be aware of?

U can pay them as Stipend
U can take them on contract of 1 year, on company payroll, as u will be paying them stipend.
Regarding leaves, u can decide how much leaves u want to give them (apart from mandtory leaves listed with company)
