Arunabhat
Hi,
I have taken a conscious decision to change my career to HR after working for 10 years in a KPO and in Banking industry, Customer Service. I am ready to take a freshers job in HR, but employers seem hesitant.
I do not have any experience or qualification in HR, however, after working for 10 years I have certainly picked up some knowledge. I am also a person who readily adapts to change and have strong interpersonal skills and analytical and logical abilities.
Can anybody help me?

Hello Arunabhat,
For starting carrer in HR, you need to take the HR qualification although you must have developed the required skills for the job. You can do part time MBA or any similar course from a renowned institute.
