loyalty is one of the factor of employee engagement.
so some employee engagement activites can be introduced so that the employees feel one with the organization and take individiual goals as organizational goals. activites such as team building, innovative management games,special induction programs.leadership games etc can be introduced

HR MANAGER ROLE IS A INTEGRITY ,,,,he is the man to drive the employee engagement programs where it can boost the employee and to make healthy organisation....
