Dear Members,
I have joined an organization wherein I have prepared the leave policy which has pro-rata system built for employees after confirmation. thus CL,SL & PL are allotted to them on confirmation after prorata calculation.
My question is, how can I built a system wherein an employee after confirmation cannot avail all his leaves together but even those pro-rata leaves are allotted to him through out the year. Example: if an employee is allotted 12 PLs out of 21 after prorata calculation on confirmation; how can we ensure that he cannot avail 12 leaves at one time, immediately after confirmation but it is distributed throughout the year????
My management want me to implement such a system so that excessive leaves cannot be claimed after confirmation.
