Now days lot textile mils running too good,but there not giving good safety,welfare.This things how will get for employee resources.
Examble:On employee accident in side factory.Employee hand was damaged are one part in body was damaged.But our management side there are not support any case,medical treatment.There giving only esi facility's. How will get money are other expenses for employee side.
