Is It Compulsory To Pay "Food Allowance", "Canteen Allownance" For Factory Workers

Hello Sureshkumar,
PF & ESIC are compulsory statutory deductions.
Any company not paying this will face legal action by govt body. The legal action may be huge penalty, impresenment to the owner, or any other serious action.
