Hi
I ahve worked for one company in bangalore for 1.8 years .I was working under bond of 3 years .If i leave before that i had to pay last six months salary I paid last six month salary and my resignation was accepted also and he has given me copy of that letter.
Now to join another company they are asking for relieving letter but here they are refusing to provide .Their point is that i have broken the service bond so they wont provide.
Please help me suggest me to get the relieving letter.

pref take the help of a lawyer...
you have already paid the compensation in lieu of bond...
they have to acknowledge and provide an experience cert..
raise the issue through written communication (by registered post)

Hi dear
I have paid the bond amount and resigned also.Thy are sayning what ever you want to do you can do but i will not provide releaving letter or experienc letter.
I dont know what to do pleas suggest me i have worked here for 18months .
Or they are saying to searve the 6 month notice period then thy can provide .But in offer letter their i nothing written about notice period.
