Thanks for the material on FIRO - B. I am working as an associate with a boutique search firm for C-Level recruitment. There is a whole battery of psychometric testing tools available. I am trying to figure out which one of them is more relevant for person who is into recruitment & looking at going into talent development.

I am looking for a company dealing in psychometric tests, who can provide me with Firo b test assessment for a group of 20 employees. i spoke to mafois but they are very expensive. and meritrac dont provide firo b test. do you know of any other other companies?
