Maternity benefit as per new amendment in esic from jan-17 of limit increase by 21000
Our employee who paid esic from last 2 years and from april2016 she came out from esic due to 15000 above salary she got. now as per new amendment in esic act the salary limit increased by 15000 to 21000 so she again fall into esic limit and start deduction from jan2017 she is on maternity leave from 1st feb17 so in that case she is taking treatment in private hospital now can she avail the benefit of maternity under esic??? if yes than how can she take that advantage?

Hello all i have a query that how to handle esic contribution in case a person is doing two jobs and esic is applicable at both places. can we have two contributions on one esic number? kindly assist me with this if anyone has worked with such situation. awaiting response. regards chahna gudekar
Self certificate esic
Respected seniors we have recently submitted esic half yearly return of contributions to local branch office. we have only 30 employees which are covered under esic hence we do not require "certificate by ca". but esic office has stamped not on our acknowledgement copy of the return. we are submitting the r.c. in the revised format as per notification issued dtd 14th march 2008. please help what is the format of which we need to append. there is no format on website of esic where we prepare online return of contributions. please help..

Hi all would like to have detailed information on i have gone lot of articles on esic on internet however the terms used every where is so outdated that i am not able to relate it with my current organization.i am working for an it software development firm and would like to know: 1 to pay esic what is the head count required is it 10 employees or 20 employees. 2 also if the salary limit is 15k gross for esic is there any rule that specific number of employees should be less than 15k and only then you have to pay
Maternity benefit under esic out of esic range from 01/04/2016
As we have a query regarding maternity benefit under esic act. one our female employee was the member of esic from 01/05/2008 but she was out of esic range from 01/04/2016. again she was eligible from 01/01/2017 when esic limit increase. during 9 months from 01/04/2016 to 31/12/2016 she was out of esic limit. she was delivered a child on 17/07/2017. is she eligible to get maternity benefit under esic rule? kindly help in this matter.
