I am student of HR and I need to know that is there difference between Human Resource Planning Practices of small and large companies on the following subject areas.
1. Manpower Planning
2. Compensation Schemes
3. Career Management Policies

difference would deals in quantity, not in the core tasks just like in a small company for manpower planning may be done by an individual called MPP Mgr. where as in a large level companies the same task would be a responsibility of a MPP Team which will include MPP Mgr., MPP Asst. Mgr., Structure Review Team, Junior Level Executive.
