I need help regarding PL accumulation.
Is there any law/policy that limits the accumulation of PL over years?
My company has introduced new PL policy where we get 12 leaves per year and 6 PL can be carry forward to next year. So in an year a person can not accumulate more then 18 leaves.
Any suggestions.

The policy of the company cannot be less favourable than what is prescribed under the law. In your case what is the law applcable?. Is it the Factories Act or the Shops and Establishments Act or the Mines Act or the Plantation Labour Act or the Motor Transport Workers Act. If you give this information I may be able to help you.
