Dear Laxmi,

Public speaking skills are soul of presentation skills. When I conduct the training programme on "Presentation Skills", I first cover public speaking skills. I have developed evaluation sheet for this purposes. Every participants speaks for about 5-10 minutes. Later other participants as well as me give feedback based on evaluation sheet.

Next day is the entire day for presentation skills. I have developed separate evaluation sheet for presentation skills. Every participant gives presentation and later feedback is given by other participants as well as me.

Both these evaluation sheets i.e. for public speaking skills and presentation skills are developed on my own. You will not get them in some book or website.

If you wish, you may arrange my training on Presentation Skills. I assure you 100% satisfaction of the participants.

I don't know how can you evaluate without a Rating Sheet (Evaluation Sheet). I guess what you need is a effective use of Evaluation Sheet. It has to be designed well. The participants should be encouraged to give frank opinion.
If there is any additional way, even I am interested to learn.
