Hello Friends,
I got recruited in a pvt. company X in dec 2010. They gave late joining in jan 2012. I suffered a lot of stress during this period. In jan I joined and submitted them a bond of Rs. 1 lakh for a period of 2 yrs. Then i got recruited in a Leading pvt. company Y on a much higher package(just double). I left X without any information. Technically I went there only 2 days, Fri and Mon. They sent me letters at my permanent address and terminated my service. Now they sent me a letter demanding 1 lakh 15 thousand otherwise threatening to do legal action against me. Need some urgent help. Is this valid to demand bond money for just a period of 2 days.. I dint attend there Training.

I have not get any clearcut query, x company recruted in DEc 2010 and u are joined in Jan 2012, that means what u have donethe2 years., have u iven any wirten documents such as Cheque or any kind of surity?

Dear Raina, Can u please mention year in bond which was u signed? If it is 2010 - 2012. Almost over leave it.If it is not like that ignore it. Venkat

I get campus recruited in dec 2010. Passed out in jun 2011. And company gave joining in jan 2012..

In january at the time of my joining i have to submit a bond of 1 lakh for 2 years. I gave that to the company and just 2 days after that left the company

My bond period is 2012- 2014.... In my bond its clearly written dat Bond is applicable frm the day of joining. They asked me Rs 1 lakh for violating bond Rs 17k for not giving resignation letter. They subtracted my 4 day salary Rs. 2600 from that. And demanded Rs. 1 lakh 15 thousand upto 6th june.

This is a well known company... y dey will try to threat me...Either it can be formality or they must be having a department that handles these type of issues... I talked to some advocates ...they are saying that the company can file Civil Suite against us...
