Would be grateful if you can give me some suggestion.
I have been working in Secretarial position since last 13 years out of which for 5 years I have handled a few HR related jobs in one of my companies (for eastern region) e.g. completing joining formalities,preparing FFS,opening bank accounts for new employees,maintaining leave and salary data etc.
I want to change my profile and want to pursue a correspondence course in HR (two-years duration).I am an arts graduate from Calcutta University and working in a PSU since last four years.Can anyone suggest how to proceed?Which is a good course?I would prefer to attend classes while doing the course.

Hi,
Since you have a good experience of overall 11 years. I can suggest you to go for Executive MBA in HRM through a reputed company like IIM, XLRI, Symboisis, Sikkim Manipal etc. If incase you do it from IIM, their course fee is around 2 lakhs. Few college gives the course for 1 yr correcpondence, few its for 2 yrs.
Once you graduate from say IIM, you will get a very good job n salary..
