Can anybody give me information on the following:
1. Human Resource Budgeting vis-a-vis coordination with Finance and are there any methods or types of HR Bugeting.
2. Compensation and Benefit Structuring-vis-a-vis Long term Productivity.

1. HR Budget..
From Finance you need to get the actual expenses incurred as per the previous budget under various heads..
Analyse the same which went beyond the budget & which didn't...
Check the assumptions & validate the same... popular method is zero based you start afresh..reason being most of us look at the past data as an indiacator or base..which may not fit in the present circumstances..can lead to inflating the HR budget & also the miss the opportunity to look at the issues with fresh appraoch...
2. C&B ..could you please exactly explain this..

Thank you for the reply. Actually C&B vis-a vis Productivity I meant that How does Compensation and Benefit can be structured so that you derive maximum output frim your employees. Hence, here you are to devise a method or system by which you can show the effect of your C&B structure or the C&B structure devised by you can reflect the result in financial and economic terms (measurable).
