Could any one explain what is the difference between Manpower Contract and Job Contract
28th May 2012 From India, Madras
Manpower Contract - Is a contract by your company and a local labor broker agreeing to supply labors (Techninian, admin, labor, drivers, mechanic etc)
My Apology for previous post, Yes EssyKKr is correct
Job Contract - Is a contract/Agreement between companies to complete the work which given to subcontractor.(individual job contract).

in case of Manpower Contract where you entered in to an agreement to get manpower or give manpower from any agency. its only restricted to supply of Labour/Manpower on certain terms and conditions.
In case of Job Contract which include manpower as well as material cost and charge. it the duty of contractor how to get the job done, how many labour to employee. all decided by contract itself.
