I am newer to this site. I Swapna having masters degree in business administration in the year 2008. Having Specalisation in Human Resource. Actually I want guidlines from all of u.
we estblished a small software company in the year 2008.and we run the company upto may2011,later for some value we saled it .The reason of salling company is At that time I am VII month pregnent.And now Iwould like to start my career in Human Resource Filed. IN my company I did the overall management, and did the work in recruitment/selection,trainging programs and payroll and also I have knowlge in Performance appraisal.

My main problem is how I can applay for the job. I don't have any salary A/c from my previous owned company.and now the company was shutdown by buyers.so,the company was not running now.My Dought is what I am telling at the interview time?
and how the companies calculate my three years eterprener experience
