Hi Aabha
Relax ! just keep applying to branded companies, follow below mentioned advise by a respected member on this forum

It is not clear whether you mean 'approach' as 'influence ' ? Good companies and
professional HRs will go only for your talent and choose right candidate. If you
mean 'approach' as networking , it helps at times in letting you know regarding
prospctive employers and vacancies. Please never depend upon so called
influences and unethical 'approaches' they never lead you anywhere at the end
of the day , your abilities , talent command over subject are supreme.
Best wishes ,

aquire new skills...
there are plenty of courses avl in the market...
for starting, learn payroll and good headhunting ... these 2 skills will help you in finding a job very easily...
no one likes to hire a candidate by "sifarish"
cos who is going to work then..
sifarishi have big egos/ difficult to fire/ may leak dept secrets..
