Hello everyone , I have to design some training program for sales force. I thought of initiating some program:
1) Mentoring The Mentee Program.
2) Salesman of the year.
3)Train The Trainer
4) Performing In basket exercise,Role play ,behavior modelling and Job rotation.
I need some suggestion on whether above mentioned program will work or not, if some one has done some work on above please do share your experience.

Dear Anu,
First identify what is the purpose behind imparting training to your sales force?
Is to make them aware of products they need to promote/sale or to enhance their performance or you want to groom them as your product/company ambassadors?
Answer to these question will lead you to training design.
