Is it possible to blacklist a candidate through nasscom with out registering in nsr ?
Hi. i wanted to know. if the candidate is not registered in nsr. is it possbile for the hr or company to blacklist the candidate or put his details in and blacklist him ?
Can a employer blacklist the employee if he absconds?
Hellomy name is atifi was selected in an interview in a well known bpowhich is registered with nasscom.i have compled my joining formalities and got the appointment letterbut my training was not startedthe next day they called me an asked to sign a bond with them for a yearbut due to some reasonsi refused to sign it.then they started forcing me to sign the bond.they said that we have appointed you for thatyour joining is doneand nw i have to sign it.and i will not sign it and leave the jobthen they will blacklist me.but i didnt sign itand left the premises.they again called meto come and sign itor they will mark as abscond in my data base and nasscom and blacklist me.but i dnt want to go there. ...so pleaseanybody help me out with this.can they abscond me or blacklist meas i have not signd the bond..will it have any effect in my further jobs and career???

I have joined hinduja global solutionhgs limited this month with salary 10k per month as i didn t have money to live in bangalore. i am b.e. cse student. recently i got offer letter from an it company with 3 lpa package. so how can i leave hgs as i already joined it and training is going on. is there will be any problem if i abscond it? because the team leader told me that he will not accept my resignation and if i abscond company will blacklist me on nsr. is the company registered under national skill registrationnsr? please help me.... waiting for your valuable suggestions...its about my life.
Serious threat in my company from manager & tl
I am working with a call center this call center is worst call center i have ever seen but it is ranked 2 once by in 2007 i think. this call center pay is very less when compared to the same process of the other companies. the managers team leader tell the employees to extend and work on weekly off also. so i had a direct discussion with my team leader that i cannot extend or work on weekly off if the organization is not going to pay me extra money for it. i told him that you must put a request to manager. i told my team leader that i will resign if you force me to extend or work on weekly off without paying extra. but still i worked one day on weekly off which he told me to work. my team leader told me that your attitude is not correct. after the discussion with him i think he complained about me to the manager the things got changed they started torturing me indirectly. they were speaking about my behavior and all by standing near me indirectly . but i managed to be silent and i was patient i said nothing about it. after a day manager was speaking about terminating not with me and didn t let me login she told to wait until your team leader arrives i msged team leader the team leader didn t respond. i thought there is some serious issue and i came off to home i am thinkng of leaving the job so the question is now. if i leave the job now will they blacklist me for because sometimes my tl was threatening employees who left company that he will blacklist to so what i have to do now? please guide me
