Kindly guide me in allocating the comp off's to the employees since we are into manufacturing industry, Employees are working on the weekly off too.
Kindly help me in generating a format to curb the comp off's

It is not clear to me as to when a worker works on a weekly holiday, as per Factories Act which is applicable to your company, he is entitled to compensatory off within one month or within two months. there is no provision in teh Act for adjusting agisnt leave.

Yes sir you are absolutely right.
But I require some action plan to have a expedite monitoring on allocating comp off's if possible, As there are 250 workers in our company.
