Hi Mitupreet..
Welcome to CiteHR!!!..I am interested in retention strategies in service industry...Eventhough there are few factors that are different for retention and attrition, I feel they have a common ground..I am keen to know why you have chosen commitment to reduce attrition..

hi,durga
nice to see such a quick response...actually my project is about Engaging the employee during first 3-6 months,so that his chances of leaving the company lowers down.
the company has already found that most of the people leave during first 6-10 months and once they complete a year, there are less chances of quitting...so i thought for the new recruit building committment towards the organization would serve its purpose...
m in going in the right direction?
please help...

Thank you.
Sorry I haven't visited the Citehr forum for some time now.
My website is now in blog format; not sure if that is an improvement. Apologies for it being down for a while. It seems to take me a long time to put in place all the changes that I want to do.
There is also the http://www.employee-retention-guide.com website which has free e-courses on talent retention and employee value propositions for those that are interested.
I know a lot of people are doing projects on attrition and employee retention. Unfortunately I'm quite busy at present so don't really have the time to provide help beyond the information already provided on the websites:
http://www.colbrown.co.uk
http://www.employee-retention-guide.com
Sorry about that.
