Kindly guide me if the organisation is new than how the employees should be handled when they ask about PF deductions? This issue has become very complicated in my office and need guidance and advice.

HI. Is it the question of Contribution of PF? Have you registered with PF or not? Question itself is not much clear.

No yet we have not registered with PF and that is why there is confusion that what to reply to the employees.

Well, my organization consists of 15 employees and still recruitment is in process to hire more employees related to the marketing, which will be almost done by the end of this month.

ok, tell your employees as per PF act if Employee strength more than 20 persons then only PF & ESIC is applicable, may be above my statement will stop your stress, Further if u required any help, pls

Dear sneha,
See as per EPF Act or ESIC Act ,
if your company not covered under manufacturing or Factory Act, then PF Covered 20 or More than 20 employees,
if your company covered under manufacturing or Factory Act then Above 10 Employees.

Even to the new company, the PF is apllicabile from the production and from the date of First sale invoice. Please
registerer and take code No./applicability order from the concerned PF Enforcement Officer.

On the abobe issue pl note :
1- Have you applies for PF registration or not, as per the act.
2- If not applied for registration or it takes the time then you can give the Employer PF contribution to the employees as PF allowance which may be stoped after registration with RPFC.
Please note that after registration with RPFC the contribution will go to RPFC.
