i am working as a asst. training manager in a BPO in Delhi.
We are currently restructuring the training on American Culture. I am not able to gather enough information which can cover all information and suffice for a productive American Culture training.
So it will be very helpful if anyone can give me some information on American Culture training that will help us in redesigning the training curriculum.

I currently have a great American culture trainnig program in place for my team. We update it regularly. Of course, it helps that I am a Native of the US of course. We cover things like 1. Prejudice/stereotypes which exists about the US. 2 Geography 3. Time Zones 4. Seasons, Holidays important dates of the year 5. Americanisms and what they mean (used in sentences appropriately!)
