Can any one help me in writing a transfer letter from one city toanother city on view of spouse grounds. As my husband transfered to another place , now i have apply transfer to that city.

You could have searched this forum before raising this query. Else you could have at least tried writing something and uploading it here. Some senior like me would have corrected it.
Just two days ago I have uploaded the draft of the letter for more or less similar grounds. You can click here to read that. Make changes in the draft as per your requirement.
The originator of that post did not get time to express her gratitude. Hope you do not toe her line.
