I Will be doing my summer internship in recruitment and selection, at Tata Motors. Plz suggest me how to proceed with it.I dont have any experience in HR field so plz help help me.

First before doing a project try to find out whether the topic which you are going to do suits the orgzanizational requirement? First know about the company\'s future plan and vision because recruitment depends on the future plan and the present consistency level in the organization, Try to get some insights from the seniors in the organization, I think this will help you.

Good project to work on. That too in TATA motors.
Recruitment itself can be studied in detail especially in Automotive industry.
OEM's like TATA Motors would finding difficult to select the right person as there is ahuge demand for skilled professionals in the automotive job market.
Keep your project simple and just study about the recruitment methods and policies adopted by TATA.
Study about the selection criteria and tools used to select the right candidate
If possible make a analysis on attrition and the recruitment cost.

I am rather surprised at the standard of the References: Three sources that do not have full details; for example, who were the publishers of books and when were they published. The student seems to have relied more on www.hrgur.com
These days it is easy to check if plagiarisation has taken place. For example, the following sentence in Section 1.2, is a copy and paste job from http://technocompetences.qc.ca <link fixed>
"Labour represents the leading operating expense for many IT companies in the industry and also constitutes the underlying factor for success."
The students are partially at fault. But the main culprit is the SYSTEM that does not guide the students and/or allows them to get away with such por submissions.
