I am an HR trainee in a privet firm. I have required to write an agreement between employer and manpower supply agency. It should be included how the employer pay to the manpower supplier, as well as manpower supplier should provide other all benefits such as compensation, EPF/ ETF, insurance to the employees.
Please help me to write it.
