In General, how many months a company use to consider for performance appraisal, whether its 6 months or 1 year .
[*If an Employee getting hike on 6 months from the date of joining, then when is the next appraisal , whether its after 1 year from the month of previous hike given or ?]*

cycle time is fixed ie one year. people who join during the course of the year are also evaluated. normal practise is >6 months duration. calculations/ disbursements are done in april-june period..
