sir,
i have worked in one organization as the unit in-charge, due to some misunderstand with company owner he asked me to leave the organization. I asked full and final settlement, he told company is not financially good,so i will give 90 days salary you need not come from tomorrow onwards. ( say 5th of month) when i am asking my salary by end of the month he is not responding. Now i should react or get my salary. please advise me to get my salary.
should i approach legally.

well as you said that you have been asked to leave the organization, so I wanna know whether you are still working or left your job and at home now.
Second you said that there are some misunderstanding, could you please let us more about it and hope there is nothing like misconduct/misbehaving case because if it is and they found you guilty can terminate you. Also you need to go through your appointment/employment letter for Termination and Notice Period clause. Also they are ready to pay you Notice Period salary which is saying a different story. I therefore, request you to complete your query enable us to understand and respond you in a proper way.
