such types of behavior would not be accepted at work place because in organization there is more importance given to team work
your anger clearly shows that when your views are not been accepted or given a thought you get agitated which creates tension within the person whom you interact.
which might result in negative vibes within the team which will affect the productivity of that particular department and in terms affect the organization as whole
I would suggest you get your self psychometric testing done either do FIRO B or DISC i.e Thomas profiling & MBTI
