Dear Members,
I am working as manager in one of the leading SME finance co, handles a team of relationship manager & sales officers,
Can anybody please suggest the format of the letter which is used to communicate performance enhancement program (PEP) for the reportees who are not performing / under performing vis a vis their targets after experimenting all the possible support & methods to increase performance.

I am a bit confused as to what exactly you wish to communicate to the team members. I presume you are planning a PEP and would want to emphasize to the participants that this PEP is specifically organized to give them one more opportunity to learn and implement ideas so as to meet their targets. Your attendance and active participation at this session is compulsory. The sessions are specifically designed to help you cope up with the job responsibilities, enable you to evaluate your own short comings and assist you in refocusing on the targets and the means to achieve it. To throw more light onto it.. i need a letter which communicates the reportees that despite the extended support by mgmt/immediate supervisor, they have been contineously not performing/under performing against the sales targets assigned.. hence to put some deadlines to achieve the shortfallen targets & be on track or else company might take strict majors & may led to seperation too..
