I was working with a small IT company in Mysore and left the company after completing 11 months due to some personal reasons, while joining a signed a service bond for a term of 2 years.
Joining Date:10 Sep 2007, Left Organization on:8 Aug 2008.
I sent a mail to HR and team lead, 'saying i will not be coming to office.'
Later when i approached my employer for experience letter or relieving letter, they denied saying we do not entertain all this as you left company by breaking service bond, i requested a lot from them but nothing worked.
Its almost 4 years now, and they still deny it, please let me know how to get the experience letter from that company, because of which i am not able to get into good companies.

Many employees do this in start of their career which is not appropriate...Firstly, you shouldnt have left it just by mailing a one liner...You should have given them atleast 30 days notice period and things wouldnt have been the same as they are now. Anyway's that is over now...Just talk to the company politely and they may ask you the bond money (as you broke the bond)...If nothing works out, just skip that company from your resume as later at all stages you would be requiring the relieving and even if the company takes you without the relieving, in background check, things can go wrong...So, dont take the risk. As it was just 11 months (though not that short time) but you wont have any other better option.
Thanks for your reply bhuvan, the problem is my current employer(2nd company as per resume) knows regarding my past work experience of 11months in mysore(1st company).
I am worried if i join some new company( 3rd company) and say that i was only working with (2nd company) upon background verification if my 2nd company reveals that i was working with mysore company then joined them.
will this not be as falsifying and suppressing the facts.
so tell me if there is any way to show experience of 1st company.
I have bank statements, offer letter of 1st company.
