For the first time I will have to prepare the following.
i m preparing ecr file for the month of april-2012 and out of 30 employee 2 employee left the service on 15th april 2012 and 21st april 2012 respectivly.meanwhile 1 employee joined the organisation on 2nd april 2012.
i have to file contribution of 30 employee.
I want to know can i mention the date of leaving of those 2 employee while uploading ecr of april in the month of May-2012 or should i mention it while uploading ecr of May in June-2012. what is the right things.
also guide me how to send form 2 to the PF office i mean with cover letter or anything else.
Please guide me i am handling this situation for the first time.
