Here u need to understand first is the definition of term labour.
it perofessionals are also comes under the definition of workman.
Law is equal for all human, it's human who think him superior than other human being

Is it mendatory to give holiday on 1st may for labour/workers. Is it as per any act or it deoands on company to company?

Hello friends,
In United Arab Emirates no matter whether General Manager or a oridinary Labour , you have to carry the Labour card issued by the ministry all the time if not penalized. So, what is it a fuss about the word or holiday?
