Hi ,everyone..as a part of my summer internship i need to recommend a sales acdemy development blueprint to my organization which currently don't have any training facility for sales person. I need everyones help .
how should i go ahed with the development of sales training academy?

You should first start with some common sense and thinking. The answers are easy and will come to you.
If after having a developed some ideas of your own, you need the kind of help that shows you've done your thinking, you may post your ideas with the question.
There's more than a boatload of clueless "hey, I got this for homework, what is it and how do I do it? Please do it for me, can you? Thank you, love you, kisses and regards and touching at your feet at all," questions on this board.
Please think. Also, while you are at it, please improve your spelling and learn to write clearly.

How large is the firm and how many sales persons are there?

Does the company want to impart training using external or internal trainers?

As Satyayish has observed, you seem to have raised this query without doing any homework. Had you only searched the web using keywords from your query you would have found some ideas at <link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google )

Anu, please excuse my visceral reaction. Please know that it was not aimed at your personally but at everyone who comes to this board seeking someone to do their homework for free without having the slightest clue as to what it is and without having spent the slightest effort on it themselves.

Their tagline sounds like this, "Hey, I got this piece of home work thing to do but I am too busy finding out what it is or how to do it. Could you please take a stab at it and just leave it completed on my drawer. While you're at it, please, there's this wonderful YouTube video I must watch from yesterday night's Comedy Circus. Dear Sathyaish,

I am extremely sorry, as i didn't maintained the forum standards and haven't provided with proper information about my concerns regarding how to develop a sales training academy. Actually i am new to this forum so please forgive me.

Here are the exact details of My project:

1) Develop the sales training academy by analyzing the best in class sales training facilities of sales bases organization through primary research and Secondary research.

2) Propose the sales academy blueprint.

Regarding your comments about doing homework, i have been going through journals and thesis. I have figured the following steps to develop training facilities.

A) Perform training Need Analyses of sales managers. representatives.

b) Setting up of the Objectives

c)Development of the Training Modules.

Next i have to benchmark it with the existing sales training academies of various organization, Can you connect me with concerned person of any companies who have sales training facilities. It will be of great help for me. Also Can you help me out with the TNA ( Training Need Analyses) Questionnaires for sales Persons.
