Hi,
I am under one month HR training programme. on first day i got assignment to compare 10 candidates CVs with company's job description. JD as reference point against principal responsibilities,skils and rank-comment on candidates.
I tried but i got negative reply from my reporting manager at first trial with second chance to prove myself.
Plz any one can help me-show me how to compare cvs?what is correct method?

I am diploma student. These sites helpful.can u provide any comparison example? Their is a difference between theory and practical which I learnt on my first day. So if any comparion sample if I get it would be great help to me.. In my first anlysis i don't knew where I mistaken so I want to go thou with correct n real one n make my self correct n confident..
