When i go through the Payroll activities and What does a payroll specialist do,i came to know that To be a payroll Executive you should be an expert on Accounting.So kindly Clear me that who is the eligible to apply Payroll Executive Post.A MBA HR Student Or a MBA Finance student. And 1 more question If an organization want to outsource his payroll activities,would be it safe for him.

Payroll process happens based on the size of the company and the management decision. In few of the organisations payroll will be handeled by HR & in Few by Accounts. In larger sizes there are seperate department for payroll.
For payroll accounts knowledge is not mandatory but he/she should have fair knowledge on the Tax Regulations.
