Hi,
I want to celebrate Family Day in my office. I am aware of what it is but not being able to understand how to start with it. Do I have to arrange only refreshments for the employee and her/his family members, they come, meet the family of other employees or should I just arrange a sort of Family Dance Party.. Please suggest.

Dear Friend
Welcome address
Speach or brief note about the organisation by the CEO or Some higher officials from the organisation
01.Conduct small games to the children
02.Invite the children to perform their talent like playing keyboard, telling ryms and stores, Dancing, singing etc.
03.Call every children on the stage and play a music and ask them to dance for the music. Stop the music and ask them to stand in the last position. If anybody changed their position they are disqualifed and they can be removed from the stage.
04.Buy nearly 10 to 15 bathing soap and remove the cover. Ask the children to lay the soap one by one on the top.Select the child who laied at the maximum numbers
05.Invite the couples and conduct them seperate games
06.Select some people and give general topics (like news paper, water, TV,Radio etc) and ask them to speak on the topic. Select the best speaker.
