I have been tasked to construct the salary structure of the company from scratch. The only datas that I have are:
The market data based on P50 and P75 of related Hay Reference Level
The correlation table of Hay and Towers Watson
The market data based on P50 and P75 of related Towers Watson Global Grade
I need to present the relationship between the market data of Hay and Tower Watson using a regression graph before I can construct the salary structure. Please advise.

I have few questions on attrition analysis. Could you please share your email id.
The report i have is with the results on voluntary and involuntary attrition percentages. However i would like to know how a trend analysis could be done.
Also, how regression analysis could be useful in this context.
