Hello Mam,
My agreement is not on company letter head. It is just about 10 sheet white paper on which only true copy mark is stamp is put on neither it is a bond or stamp paper. One more thing there is nothing written on agreement that u have to pay this much if u break this agreement. I am in need of releving urgently but they are just extending it .
Mam please help me out .I donot want to leave this offer.please help me

if your new employer is not insisting on a relieving letter just quit and go.... they cant do anything to you with that plain paper thing.
yes, if you need the relieving letter then you need to close the loop amicably. sit with the head of the dept or branch whoever it is
and try to resolve the issue.
we have no of employees leaving us and management does not take any action. if you don't have any or much F&F to get and don't want a relieving letter just go and enjoy.

Hi,
Sorry but my new employer is demanding the letter. Actually I am working on client site where we given work on daily hrs basis . We are not authorised for handling single project. My company head office is in Chennai. When I asked the HR there she told me that any project you handling so I told about my work here also told that the project leader under which we are here has said if our parent company will allow I can releive u in a day. So our HR in Chennai told me that the HR in pune if they will allow I can give you the letter. And here in pune they are telling Chennai office is not allowing us to give letter.
Can anybody help me on this. Is any legal action which I can take? If so how much time I will get the judgement .
Please anybody here can help me regarding this
Thanks & Regards

can i know your company details.... just to blacklist in my career... :) as far as your problem is concerned the office which issued the offer letter appointment letter is also responsible to relieve you from your responsibilities. so if it is pune office then do give your letter of resignation as per the time limit mentioned in your offer letter if any. if nothing is mentioned in your appointment letter, fine, you should be relieved immediately. such companies relieve easily. just approach a lawyer and issue them a notice. they wil lsurely bend down. try it. you may have spend a few bucks. but in case please try to relieve amicably. bcos this becomes a remark in your career if the news spreads and your new employers seeks verification from the old employer or references.
wish you all the best.
