Its good that you are forwarding the HSE Newsletter on this forum. But I do not find any creditable material therein concerning HR issues. It will be nice of you if you just also write a line of two as to how you found the material therein beneficial to HR professionals. It will be of a immense help.

I came to know the Incident Occur in DuPont through the bulletin you posted and I have forwarded the same to one of the DuPont consultant seeking the comment regarding the incident and got the below statement:
DuPont has issued the public statement as follows for this incident: "Safety is a core value at DuPont. It is based on our commitment to the idea that all accidents are preventable. So, it's our objective to ensure that an incident like the one that took the life of Richard Folaron never happens again. We conducted an exhaustive investigation of the Nov. 9, 2010 incident and we cooperated fully with the Chemical Safety Board throughout its investigation. Many of the agency's recommendations are closely aligned with the results of our own investigation and have been implemented".
