I will complete my PGMBA cource in this may 2012. I am working as senior executive HR in media co. I wanted to learn something which will help in my career & also upgrade my skill also. Even at the same time I wanted to to some extra circular activity like danceing,photography etc.
I have come to know abt the diploma in training & development ISTD. Is it help me in my HR professioanl carrer. I am intrested to work in the area of OD & TD . I am having exp in 5 years in genralist profile.
I am confused wt to do? Pl help me & give ur valuable suggestion.

maintain Leave Attendance,Joing & Exit Formalities,induction,Performace apprisal,Employee Welfare,Staturory Compliance.
Even I want to know HOLding MBA degree,is it worth to go any diploma cource.
