I require the details about ESIC. its calculation, its Law. Can anybody help me??? I want this for my Organisation.How is it useful. Detail discussion abt the same would be very hepful for me ?? and what should be the minimum Salary for deducting ESIC.

Hi Madhura
If the size of the organisation is 10 and above then you should register for ESI.
Minimum salary is not considered for contribution. If the employees gross salary is upto 15,000/- then contribution is mandatory. Above 15K they are not eligible for ESI Contribution.
There are lots of benefits who are covered under ESI as they will get free treatments in ESI Hospitals, Meternity benefits and more
