i have a problem in ecr excel file .actully i want add arrear in ecr format so their is 4 coloum arrear wages,arrear epf EE share,Arrear epf ER share,arrear EPS.so if a employees arrear for the month april in basic is 533 so how can i segregates in 4 colum plz help me.

Dear All,
I am having one issue. I want to upload the exit details of any employee who died in June 2012 and we have already submitted returns for June 2012.
Now ECR upload will not show the dead employee name in July 12.
Can anybody help out regarding how to upload the exit members details online.

Nope. It didnt work out.
I even talked with PF guys and they looked questioned.
According to their software policy, you can only upload exit details of an employee who left in the wage month of which challan is being deposited.
The way out given by PF guys was we dont need to mentioned the exit details now and we will mention the exit details in the form 10 when the family member of the employee will fill up form for PF amount payout.

Respected sir, my one employee was death 14/02/2018. He was seek leave on 01/11/2017 to 15/02/2018 on ESIC. My mistaked I uploaded PF ECR I was not upload his data last three months.What can I do? pls help me. waiting your reply.
