Hi Seniors,
I am working in a MNC organisation. I was joined here as an OFFICE ASSISTANT in marketing support division, during this period I have completed my MBA (HR) through distance education and named as a sincere and honest person in my organisation. But, I found that there is no possiblity to get promotion in my firm. Hence I decided to apply some other companies for an administrative officer position. Still now my current position is below the lower catogory, so no one is offering me a good job. My friends are suggesting me to give a wrong information on my resume i.e. current position as Admin officer. But, I am ignoring their ideas because it will not give me a good result in future. I am so confused.
Therefore, I beg you, please suggest me how can I build my career in advance level

No one can go against their critical subconscious filter - means the conscience. You conscience prevents you from giving fake information in your CV. Keep it up. Never do that.

From your mail I understand two things. 1) You are keenly aspiring to come up in life and working towards that 2) Your confidence level is low.

Our career growth may be slow but steady. No development happens in a spur of moment. We have to work for it and there is time for anything & everything and until our propitious time comes, we have to wait without stopping our efforts.

Nothing to get confused. Be clear in your goal. You are knowledgeable and hard working and hence you tend to get your promotion in your organization or a career growth in other organizations. You should never show your disgruntlement to your superiors / management which will hamper your progress. You may kindly represent to them highlighting your performance. If your organization has performance appraisal system, then your performance should tend to have a place on the positive side in it.

Remain hopeful dear... future is yours.

NO, there is no need to use fake experience or any other fake details. First, I wanna know something about your experience and about your job profile? How much experience you have? What is your job profiles there and all?

You are working as an Office Assistant with an MNC and if you have good experience and are a part of Administration, can try for Administration Jobs also you have completed your MBA in HR, can try to get freshers job, it might take time but you can certainly get a good job. But never try go wrong ways which is not ethical too.

I appreciate that you have showed your concern here and donít wanna go to this wrong way and I understand why your friends are asking you to add fake details to your resume. But it doesn't mean it is necessary to use fake details to get job otherwise your present knowledge and experience are worthless and cant get you a job as you want but need more to learn and enhance your knowledge according to the Market NEED or what recruiters are looking for.

There are numbers of people who never talk to themselves before taking this step even or never admit that they have used or gonna use fake details which seems to them is important to get a good job but you have done is really important and good thing. With fake details one canít go longer and certainly have to repent on this step one day. You can add fake details whatever you required to have an interview but how will you show your confidence on your experience and knowledge to your recruiter and you can be caught anytime. What will you do then also this can impact on your moral? Are you ready to take this chance?

I just wanna say my dear friend that knowledge, experience and confidence in them canít be gain while adding or using fake experience /other details. Hope you will understand this. Rest is up to you.

Also you have completed your MBA. You just need to continue your Job with Administration and started learning other functions of Human Resource.
