Hi All!!
I have done PGDBM specialising in HR from IMT Ghaziabad. Now, I am willing to enhance my qualification. I need a suggestion from my seniors on this. Whether shall I go for Masters in Psychology or SAP. I was thinking of doing SAP HR, but the only constraint is that I can not afford 2 lakhs as the fees for the course. I have heard of C-DAC in noida, which offers SAP in Rs. 40000 but am not very sure of it, if it is going to be useful for long run or not.
Kindly suggest me, whether I shall go for Masters in Psychology or SAP? And also, whatever you suggest, please also tell the best institute it can be done from.
Thanks!!

Hi Rupali,
To become a functional consultant in SAP, It require minimum 2+ years experience in respective module and regarding the training in SAP HR from unauthorized institute they only provide u the training without a certification.
Hope this will help you!!
For further information regarding sap hr. do let me know..

Hi Rupali,
If you are so keen on SAP, Try persuing in a Institution that would give you certification and also placement.. Doing SAP without a Certification is not advisable...
And firstly, Decide your career path.. If you gonna go for psychology, that is even well and good since there are only few people who would go for psychology where you can explore lot of valuable things and again If you are keen on SAP, It is advisable to have atleast 3 years of Domain experience if you wanna go for a functional consultant..

Hi Rupali, As suggested by many of our seniors, Masters in Psychology is better than doing SAP-HR at this stage. Regards, Vadiraj

Thanks all,for making my confusion clear. Now the only thing I would want to know is, which is the best institute to do it from. Do we have any good institute in India offering masters in Human Psychology? Or if any one knows of any international institute, be in Canada or US...Please let me know.

Hi Vaidehi,
You may have completed your Masters program by now. I was wondering if you could direct me to other Master Programs in Psychology/Counseling/Industrial available in Mumbai, Pune or Bangalore.
Appreciate anyone's help in this actually. Thanks.
