Dear friends,
I am attaching format of monthly return (Form 27A) introduced for the first time under Maharashtra Factories (Amendment) Rules 2012 notified on 3.1.2012 to be filed by all factories electronically by 10th of each month. It will be noticed that wages sheet giving employee-wise details of wages has also to be filed with the return. In case of factories having less than 10 employees and covered under Section 85 shall file monthly return in respect of 3 months at the end of the quarter.

Dear All, We are in to trading and manufacturing of engineering products with workforce of 40 employees. Do we have to file monthly returns (Form 27A).

Submission of annually return in Form No.27 is mandatory to every establishment, who have obtained a license under Factory Act 1948, on or before 10th January of every year. Form No. 27(A) is also made mandatory to submitt on every month by electronically.

Thanks a lot for providing the information. I have another query, we have to submit form 27 this year or not. And from when we should start monthly return in form 27 A and at which sight. Please guide.

Dear All,
I want to know applicability of the ambulance. If the no of employees cross more than 500,the rule says we have to provide ambulance room with adequate facility, but the factories officers says ambulance and the ambulance room both is applicable.
Request you to kindly help me where exactly and in which sec of the factories rules that applies both ambulance and ambulance room.
