Hi,
This is Dipmala Working in manufacturing company. I need bond format for employee. i mean to say a bond in which employee can't leave the company without notice and if he/she does so than they have to pay some amount to the company. bond should be atleast for 3 years

what is the nature of trainings ?
can the learning be transferred elsewhere..
